Robotics Kickoff Day!

Hi! Yesterday I went to my very first robotics kickoff, and it was cool! I loved it alot. There were sooo many nice people there! I loved learning more about robots, and all of  the people who were involved in this. It was fun, and it was the first time that my school had a robotics club and went to a kickoff. We arent just the robotics club now we are the FIRST Robotics Club. After the first part of the kickoff we were split up and placed in different rooms to get strategies. Especially since we are a new team. I was scared at first, but then when I went in there for that hour, it was very fun. I loved it, even though it felt like I was in school. After that we went and got our kit of parts, and got back in the cars that we were in from the start. We talked about it on our way back to our school, and got some ideas. Once we were there, we took the parts out of the van and introduced our selves to everyone in a great big circle. After that we counted inventory making sure that everything was there, before our 48 hours were up. We ate pizza, donuts, or snacks. I choose the pizza because I already had a donut earlier. Then we started to split up into groups. Like the electrical, programming, and building groups. Me and my friend Tinman started learning about programming from one of our mentors since we didnt know that much about it like everyone else in that group. We got a better understanding of what goes on in that part and learned some new things. Then once she left I went over to the building side and learned obout how to put the wheels and spacers on the barrier of the robot. It took a while though because we made alot of mistakes, but we are going to have to take it apart and start rebuilding certain parts again.Overll yesterday was a really good day, and it was cool. If you're reading this you should try out robotics too, even if you know nothing about it or if theres very few girls there. Since in mine there's only 6 or 7 girls in all including me.

Christmas Eve and christmas Day!!^U^

Hello again. On Christmas eve we went to Red Robin for lunch, because we knew that it would probably be crowded later on. Then we went to the mall to get that Gamestop giftcard and some cleaning supplies for my 3DS. I loved the start of my day. Once we came come we rested for a little bit. Then I played my violin Romy, he was amazing, and I love him. I played in my new Suzuki violin book, and I love those songs. Then my mom and me made Chocolate chip, pecan cookies from scratch. for Santa, and Christmas. I went to the room to wrap my gifts, for Christmas, and then came back out here and watched the rest of Home Alone 2. I love that movie. After that I went to bed and woke up at 6:00 a.m. to watch the Rugrats. The one where its Babies in Toyland and its Dil's first Christmas. I love the Rugrats they're SO adorable, and I miss that show. On Friday I watched the 1992 episodes on Teen Nick because they were showing the 90's times. With Stanley the stick. I miss that guy, even though I was too little to remember him. Anyway, after that I watched Mickey's Christmas Carol. That was such a beautiful story adaption. Walt Disney had amazing artwork, and his details were incredible. After that I watched a little bit of The Flintstones Christmas, I had never really seen it before. Watching it made me miss when Cartoonetwork was really amazing with both Boomerrang and all of the other old shows that they don't show anymore like Courage the Cowardly Dog. After that my mom came out and then everyone else got out of bed. We opened up some gifts before church, and I loved mine. My boy cousin said he was content with his gifts. we had a long speech with him. Cause he made his mom cry cause she tried her best, she got him a DVD player portable, a DVD Polar Express, art stuff, and some more things. Then later on after church my girl cousins faces made her mom seem like she didn't like hers either cause her expressions would change. From happy to sad, and so my mom had a nice long chat with her too when we got back from the store. I opened up the last of my gifts and I loved them I got Mario Kart 7, Mario and Sonic at the London Olympic games 2012, a joint gift that my mom bought for both of us a laptop, a coldstone gift card, Japanese noodle bowl and a tea making cup from my aunt, and gamestop gift cards from my cousins, and then a bracelet from my friend at school and it has robots on it! I loved Christmas, and I was able to watch my favorite movie A Christmas Story on the last time they were showing it that day. We had Christmas dinner which was Ham, Dressing, greens, cranberry sauce, and I made croissants from the little Pillsbury dough boy. I played my new Wii game with my mom and had an awesome Christmas, and I miss it already. At the end I played my Mario Kart 7 game after feeding my dogs on Nintendogs + Cats. I hope that you all had a Merry Christmas. And  if you get a Chance next Christmas watch it was a Year Without a Santa Clause, or Santa Clause is Coming to Town with your family, because theyre great!!

Yay! Its Christmas Break!! Finally!!:D

Hi everyone again! This is my second day of Christmas break. I'm loving it! No school, I don't have to deal with assignments, or people that are not my forte in handling. I just love this! I can listen to my favorite solo artist like Shota Shimizu, look for a new Japanese drama to watch, and even finish croteching/knitting my hat.:D I am finally free. Yesterday I went to the library and hung out with my friends. We made gingerbread houses and played our 3DS's. I downloaded my Ambassador pass from the shopping channel on it, and got my free games. I also got a free can bottle of vanilla icing!Tomorrow I am going Christmas shopping. Yay! Then on Thursday I'm going to see a play and then I'm going to Red Robin. Finally for the weekdays I might be going to the Olive Garden to celebrate my friends Birthday. Since we're throwing her a small party because her mom always cancels it for her. Her birthday's on Christmas Eve. Well, I'm going to play my games now!! I hope you all are having a Happy Holidays week if you don't celebrate Christmas!:)

Gotta Think, Think, Thiiiiiiiiiiinnnnkk!!!:)

Right now I'm just thinking about what to write for my Japanese speech and skit contest coming up in March, and I'm stuck. I think I have my skit down pack right now just have to see if the others like it. Thats one thing out of the way, but there's still costumes, the set, and practicing our roles and lines together. I almost forgot the most important thing writing the script. That's mainly my job, and since I'm on vacation I can do it and won't have to worry about school work. I am worried for my teacher though because he only has one group division doing it and its Japanese II. The other groups haven't been established and he hasn't even really mentioned it to the first, third, and fourth years. I just don't want all of this pressure on our group because of his mistake for forgetting. I mean everyone is busy in March when it comes around, so he really needs to get started on that before its to late. Because you have people who do really end up surrounding themselves with it. I just try my best to stay away, that way I can focus on my studies and other club activities. Besides that I've narrowed down my speech topics to my favorite person. Amoung that I made a list of my favorite people. In it are: Jackie Chan, Shigeru Miyamoto, and Shota Shimizu. They are my top 3 people. This was narrowed down from 11 tough choices. I just hope that my speech topics will turn out alright and that I will be successful in presenting them to my teacher. Wish me luck with both my group and speech. I love you guys who visited or are reading this. Leave any commments and feel free to join my blog!!:)
